Do not apply to the Fallas especially the Malden Store.. The store manager is rude, because he swore at an employee, because she had a death in the family. Unfortunately she punched him in the mouth, got arrested & terminated.

Cheap prices and most of the clothes are nice but the staff is very unhelpful and kind of rude. Plus the store is always a mess and disorganized

In fact another vocational specialist from Eliot Community Human Services paid them a visit & when he was at the store he noticed with his first impression of the store it was not a good working environment, since no one greeted him when he came in like the employee who was not working. To Jeffrey Smith customers, he does not work there anymore & is not coming back. Use your discretion when shopping at Fallas with their Customer Service.
There was an employee who was terminated for being out sick for a long time because of a tooth obstruction I'm his wind pipe, especially when he issued them a doctors note. The employee also reapplied. In addition, he and the vocational specialist from Eliot Community Human Services found out about the store manger swearing at the employee agreed that it would not be a pleasant working environment.
I also sent an email to the Attorney General's Office regarding the employment & consumer issues & the fact it was closed by the Malden Fire Inspector a number of times. There were employees quitting right & left.
