I made an appointment for 2:30 and arrived on time. A manager came out at 2:31 and took the number I had gotten from the receiving computer terminal. At 3:15, I still had not been served. I had seen a man come in at 2:55 and he was served (without an appointment) before me. I was called in a bit after 3:15, walked in and mentioned to the customer service man that I had been waiting quite a while for my 2:30 appointment. He became defensive and did not appreciate my comment. I asked him to look up my Social Security account and advise me. After a bit, he said, no matter when you collect - you will get ZERO. He said that because of the Winfall Elimination you have so subtract 2/3 of monthly retirement which eliminates me completely. I asked him to please teach me how he calculated that. He handed me a handout which had no calculation offered. He kept telling me that he knows it is bad news for me, but there was nothing he could do. He was very rude. I asked him to please go back and see if someone could explain this to me. He left and came back telling me that I would be getting $802 per month. I asked why the change and he said, why do you think I went out back? Very fresh! I asked to see his manager who started out telling me she was sorry for my wait and thought I would be served as soon as I arrived. She did not want to incriminate her employee. I ended up leaving. I'll have to make another appointment in the near future and hope to get a better representative that can explain the calculations.

Rude people. They love to cut you off when you try to speak to them. Very ignorant people.

Staff shows no compassion to the vulnerable people. Every simple questions asked appeared to be offensive to them. I feel bad for older population who are being yelled and ordered by the staff. Came here for simple name change. Bad Expedeience! I wonder how they treat their own family members.. How hard is to sit on the chair and greet people?

People at every reception is rude and has an attitude for everything, you wait 2 hours to be mistreated and they only have 2 windows open for 30 to 40 people waiting. The securities are not helpful and yell at you if you ask any questions. They need new employees with a better attitude
