I've had the worst experience of delivery in my lifetime with this papaginos this is probably about my 4th time ordering from this particular restaurant and I've had a similar problem each time but this is by far the Last Straw... Every time I order they take 1 hour or longer for a delivery this particular time they took 2 hours and 15 minutes I ordered at 6 and it came at quarter past 8 what I ordered was a $15 deal which comes with a cheese pizza cinnamon Pizza in boneless chicken I also got buffalo chicken as a topping on the cheese pizza for extra! I called a few times during this wait and I was told that they are backed up which they say every time on previous deliveries...anyways I continued to wait and when it arrived my cinnamon Pizza wasn't cut whatsoever keep in mind I'm in a hotel so I don't have any utensils so me and my wife have to rip it apart with our bare hands to make matters worse my pizza is hard as a rock & cold the sauce that is supposed to be on top of the chicken to make buffalo chicken is spread across the whole pizza and it looks like it was dumped on the pizza rather than the chicken so the pizza taste like hot sauce as I'm chewingg it I feel like my teeth are starting to hurt because it was so hard the chicken was fatty probably from.sitting around.. I asked for blue cheese on the side because it's buffalo chicken and they gave me blue cheese dressing like Ken's dressing for salad lol this is probably the worst eating experience I've ever had in my life time I let the manager know I wasn't pleased and they gave me a credit I ordered the next day for credit and got just a pizza instead of the other stuff it took another hour and a half to arrive when the delivery guy arrived he banged on my door as if he was the police very loud and yelled Papa Gino's I open the door and he said $20 please I told him that this was a credit pizza and I was only supposed to pay the delivery charge as the manager told me he did not believe me and proceeded to call the store to ask and made me wait 10 more minutes in my doorway while he called the store and uncomfortably I sat in my doorway feeling like a burden and uncomfortable because this guy thinks that I'm trying to get a free pizza and hustling.... Calling in on the phone saying supposably this is a piece is supposed to be free like we were lying!! Apparently someone didn't do their job at the store and made me and my wife look like we were hustlers I'm very appalled at this whole situation and I will never come to here again and it's a shame because I like Papa Gino's but I will have to go to a different location and I know a lot of people that like Papa Gino's and come to this business as well my mother for example and I will be telling them to find another location because I'm disgusted at my situation that I had here

Most chain restaurants don't have that type of conscientious customer service. This one does.
A couple of weeks ago we ordered a take-out meal. After waiting the suggested time, we arrived and were told our meal would take a few more minutes. While I was waiting the shift supervisor, a man named Dash, was very polite and informative. He even gave me a free drink while waiting.
Good food. I wouldnt order slices late in the day. They usually sitting around for a while
Nasty! Place isnt clean. I asked if slices were sitting around for a long time. They promised me they werent. Well so much for promises...cheese was hard as a rock. Dried up sauce. Of course they going to tell me they fresh!
