I moved to Boston recently and needed a place to store my less than needed items as there isn’t much storage at my new place. I ventured into this store and I met with Angela. I told her what I needed to put in there so she suggested a size, I wasn’t quite sure that the size she suggested would work so she showed me a larger more pricier one, and low and behold she was right! Not only did she know her stuff but she also saved me over $100!!!!!! She was so helpful as I am clueless and have never done this before. I’m not sure if the employees there see these reviews but I hope so because I want her and those above her to recognize how great of a manager she is, and how good she is at what she does. She made a funny comment after I told her “oh I guess you were right about the space” and she said “well I am the storage expert”, we both laughed and I just loved her personality. Definitely 5+++ stars to Public Storage.
Very great service i received from Russ and Angela. I was unsure if I needed the storage but after speaking with them and getting such a great deal...I went with it and I'm glad i did. Every time I went into the office to bother them for something, they were very kind to me. I recommend them to everyone!
I was very happy with the customer service here. I was given a tour of the facility and my agreement was explained clearly. They are very willing to answer questions and it's easy to pay online. The facility is also clean and well lit! When it was time to move out, I got a phone call thanking me for my business. Very professional staff and would use them for storage again in the future!
good customer service at this site. reserved online, had a confirmation call in the morning, then they were ready for me when I arrived. Russell was super-helpful and patient in addressing all my questions and concerns.
Icame with my mother Andre the employee treated me well good customer service. Showed us everything about the building. I am very pleased coming here I would recommend coming here :)
